Good Ol' Bakersfield

Hey Lovelies,

Started school again. womp womp.
Right now I am waiting for my computer science to start. So before my life ended(started school)
boyfriend had the opportunity to work at Bakersfield. Still hasn't decided if he is going to stay or not permanently.
Even though we will be 2 hours away he has so many opportunities at that job.

So moving on to the more excited stuff. Bakersfield is very pretty and calm. Looks like a boring place where all the old people retire but this is one of the places where I see children have a normal life and ride their bikes and not have their face right in front of the computer like I am doing right now. Only difference is, I'm not a kid anymore. womp womp..LOL

When you're driving to Bakersfield, you drive by Six Flags. Looked really nice. <3

Hello Lovelies!

So the year is almost over!
Just a couple of hours and 2012 is here.

The year 2011 was a very tough but fun year. I've learned so much,cried many nights, laughed like no other and smiled so much.

Hello Lovely Readers

You guys have no idea how stress free I feel right now. No school is awesome...hahaha..
So theknot has become my total best friend right now. Im not stressing over the wedding because
I know it's going to be awesome, but I have started looking for some ideas.

So why not start a mini series of pre-wedding ideas..oh yeah!
Let's start with cake.

I want the wedding cake to be elegant but unique and fun...hahaha

It's that time of the year

Hey lovely readers!

Im done with this semester of school and it feels amazing! Now time to focus on this blog before school starts again. I wanted to share some pictures of a building that means so much to me and to the members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- Day Saints, the temple.

Boyfriend or Fiance Family ( I still can't get used to using that word lol) all went to see the Christmas lights at the L.A temple. If you will like to go experience the beautiful lights the temple is located in Santa Monica,Ca. Very beautiful place. This is the place where one day my love and I will be sealed or married for eternity =)

Anyway, I hope everyone is having a great and safe week.

Christmas is almost here and then 2011 is gone. Make the most out of it.

Hello Lovely Readers

Im Engaged!

Im so happy and everyone in MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL has been asking me how it all happened.
Well to start boyfriend and I talked about getting married and how life can be while being married.

So...

He prepared a picnic and we headed off to the beach. It was sunday so we both attended church and then drove by the beach. The only downside is that it was raining cats and dogs. However, that did not stop him. Once we got close to the beach the sun came out shinning. It was like a sign..lol..

It was just me and him and that's where it happen.

Very simple, but intimate. It was a special moment for both of us. I really don't like the whole announcing it in front of the family big party...that's just not us...So I really appreciated the way that he asked me.

Plus, the place where the ring became my best friend..lol...is such a special place for the both of us because we go this beach when we want to be relaxed and think of life..I know sounds boring but it's awesome! Nothing better than knowing the person you care and respect have the same feelings for you as well.

Long time no see. School is taking over my life again. This semester I have been part of a club, part of the AAF (google it =) team at my school, and done so much stuff related to school. I barely have time for homework and family-boyfriend time...hehehe..Which leaves me with no time to do youtube vids or update my beautiful blog. However, today I put homework aside and found the time to do 1 youtube vid which you can see HERE.

I did a product Review on some CLINIQUE Products that I received for my birthday!

Overall, the products are pretty great. My favorite is the Chubby Stick in "Super Strawberry."

5 years full of life

Hello Lovely People!

This past weekend boyfriend and I celebrated our 5th anniversary. We ate delicious steak, we saw the sunset, dolphins and we hugged each other and gaves kisses a lot...eeeww..lol..
I've learned so much from being in this relationship. Lots of ups and downs but we have had so many great laughs and so many hugs and kisses that makes it all worth it! The most important thing I've learned is to respect one another, have patience, and just do things that your other significant other likes to do. You never know you might end up liking it. Like I never thought I was going to enjoy camping until I met boyfriend and he took me for the 1st time camping with his family and now I love love it! Most important love one another!

Overall, we are both very happy right now...

Need to get rid of that Belly! ;) LOL

Fall You're Finally Here

Hey Guys!

Fall is finally here and I love that the weather here in Cali is finally getting cold and gloomy. I wanted to give a update on my life.

1. School is taking over my life

4. Tired

As you can tell school is taking a lot of my time. I want to do youtube vids but to make a youtube video it takes time and preparation. Getting the proper lighting, set up and editing. I will do it soon though =)
On another note, it's almost halloween. I like seeing my baby bro get dressed up as his favorite character. He really is into the Cat in the Hat...lol...What are your plans for this beautiful month of October?

What are you enjoying right now? Now that Fall is almost here the weather is getting colder. My favorite. I also went to American Eagle, H&M, and Forever 21 to do some shopping. I got a whole outfit ( Bottoms, Blouse, Shoes and Accessory) for less than $100. How awesome is that! Labor Day Sales. My favorite! I will be doing a haul video on youtube once I get Mr. Nikon. Nerdy Boyfriend & Meeting Charlie

Hey guys and gals.

So this is the continuation of my almost over vacation...hahaha...This week is my last week of vacation...Such a bummer.

Any who moving on to funner things. I took a tiny lil trip to the beach and I met this cute lil guy name "Charlie" (he's not a lil guy more like a cute big o' bird that was waiting to steal some fish lol ) He was very fun to take pics of because he was so still. Great Model eh...

Later during the weekend boyfriend and I hanged out. Every time we drive around I tend to look inside people's car to see what they have hanging on their rear view mirror.(Creeper) I've seen some cute stuff. I have some mardi gras beads from my grandpa's party, my 08' tassel (yes I know very cheesy), and a air freshener from my school.

FACT: I received this air-freshener in 2008 and told myself I was going to use it until I got my 1st brand new car...(extra cheesy) LOL.

FACT 2: Boyfriend is such a nerd. He collects computer wires. He was looking for a specific wire which to me all look the same and I just had to take a pic...hahaha

Then on Sunday boyfriend gets his usual "Mango Shaved Ice" (Raspado) and I tried this Mangoneada (read the recipe). I didn't make it of course I bought it and enjoyed it.

Hello lovely readers!

So I have 2 weeks of vacation before I go back to school again! Lame-O! It will be worth it later on but I just wish my vacation was a little longer.

This past week was full of laughter! Grandpa turned 96!!! Yes 96 years old! Family made a "Las Vegas" theme because my grandpa loves gambling hahaha...We had lots of fun!

Then I hanged out with boyfriend and we went to the beach at night. There's something so romantic and soothing of walking on the pier and listening to the waves at night. I think it's better than walking during the day when it's loud and full of people.

Later on during the week I had a mini photoshoot with my baby bro. He's so use to posing in front of the camera now which is great because he will have a professional photo shoot soon by =)

HEY LOVELY READERS!

Hope all of you are enjoying your summer =) This week has been super di duper busy, not kidding.
Well maybe only 2 days have been busy the rest of the days were pretty amazing. Ready....

Numero 1. Spending time with the love...He's probably not going to like that I exposed him to the internet but he loves me too much to not say No...hehehe..We were trying to decide what to do

That leads to...

Numero 2. Eating yummy frozen yogurt. My favorite toppings: Almonds, Strawberries and a drizzle of chocolate. I have to have these toppings if not it's not perfect. Try these toppings out together. You'll probably have to sit back and close your eyes and say mmm..delicious!

Numero 3. (Pic came out somewhat blurry cuz I had no tripod) I'll make note to take mr. tripod on my next lil adventure. Promise.
Overall, had a lovely night out in Long Beach, CA. Pretty City Lights no?

Numero 4. Dad getting married with Step Mom in Church. (This was the busy day LOL) Weddings can get a little hectic because time flies but overall wedding was great and cake was delicious!

Numero 5. Summer School is taking over my life right now because it's Finals Week but I'll just be positive and work my butty off an celebrate for 3 weeks and start Fall Semester...lol..

Summer Beginnings

Hey lovely readers. Long time huh. I've been taking summer courses and about 5 minutes ago I just finished homework. The good thing about this summer class right now is that it's online so that's good. These past days I feel like my summer is barely beginning.

Some exciting things to share.

Got my first new car of the year. It's a Kia Forte 2011. I've worked my butty off so might as well invest in something that will not leave me on the road...hehehe...

I also bought a new DSLR. It's a Nikon D5100. I think I may get a new lens too but not right now...

Hello Lovely Bloggers! It's summer and it's HOT in Cali. Not as hot like in Texas or Arizona. I would die there of heat. hehehehe...

That's the only thing I dont like summer that it gets really hot for me and I get sick or headaches and sometimes in a bad mood. Yes, HEAT I blame you!

I also don't like sweating like a monkey! Yuck! I don't like the feeling of sitting down and not doing anything and still sweat...hahaha

but overall summer is nice.

I get to use the pool and visit the beautiful beaches of So Cal.

I like eating my "Raspados" (google it) It's so yummy and refreshing.

Lastly, I like that nice afternoon summer breeze. It feels so nice and warm. =)

I wanted to talk today about Love. A lot of people in youtube have asked me about "when bf will come out in a video" or just curious about my love life. Hehehe...

I've never really talked about my love life "publicly" because some things are better if kept in "private" but love is such a amazing thing to experience and just have in life.

So why not share my thought of love =)

Bf and I got together about 4 years ago. We were madly in love.{we still are lol} Both of our families knew how much we loved each other. We were always together and it was great. Then months past and it's when you notice the things you dont like about the other person...lol...no one is perfect guys and gals. We did go through some difficult moments because we wanted everything to be the way it was, but in reality we are human beings and we grow, we mature, we think differently and so on. But as time passes, that love just grows and grows. We are sooo happy at the stage we are in our relationship and yes we do plan on getting married but when the right time comes. Another thing I learned when being in a relationship is be respectful, patient, and always lovable. Be forgiven, be honest, smile, and be yourself. Comfort your significant other, help him/her,support him/her dreams, and if things start getting "not so good" GIRLS talk! Dont just say "nothing is wrong". If it doesn't work out, dont worry it will with another person who will value you. And Lastly, Love yourself (this should actually be #1 lol) but really love yourself for who you are. You dont have to buy fancy clothes, or wear a bunch of makeup to impress a guy. Real men see the true beauty within you =)

Beach Hike

Hello Lovely Readers! =)

Boyfriend and I went to the beach today, but we really went to hike! They're a lot of hiking trails with beautiful views of the pacific ocean and the catalina island. This place is "the" spot to hike, scuba dive, swim, or just take a walk. The weather was perfect. Boyfriend and I have been coming together here for almost 5 years and it just keeps getting prettier and prettier. We also discovered some caves and new trails. Again we didn't go prepared. hahaha...my shoes literally are ruined now...A lot of rock hopping, dirt and sea water...hahaha...Plus I was wearing jeans and a t-shirt. The only good thing I had was sunscreen to protect myself from the sun but either than that...unprepared....I always feel the less prepared we are the funner we have. hahaha..

Earthly Summer Treasures

Hello Lovely people! I can already feel the warm breeze in SoCal. Summer is right around the corner! I generally like summer because

1. I dont have to wear a sweater

2. I can eat ice cream without anyone looking at me weird ( I sometimes

eat ice-cream when it's really cold and people think that's weird lol)

3. I get to use my pool

4. I get to enjoy the beautiful beaches of SoCal

5. I go camping YEAH!

So I think I may go camping this week but the planning is still in process, but even if I dont go this week I know I will before summer ends (crossing fingers)

That's my plan for summer...camping...it is just a lovely place!

I wanted to share these pics I took 2 years ago when I went to Yosemite National Park. If you ever come to California I highly recommend visiting this park. It is amazing! It gets really hot but it is just beautiful! I really wish I can go to Yosemite again. Maybe next year. When I went, I went for a couple of days. I hiked a mountain, that was probably the hardest thing ever but the views I witness were breathtaking =)

Maybe visiting Yosemite can be my graduation present when I graduate next year n_n

TIP: 4 miles doesn't seem much but 4 miles up and down on a mountain unprepared NOT EASY! So go prepared!

Also another thing, it can be sunny one hour and in a couple of hours it can start to rain.
Another Tip: Take a jacket and good hiking shoes. It can get muddy and slippery. Boyfriend and I were halfway done and it starts pouring. But it still looks amazing!

The world is still filled with Treasures like Yosemite =)

Are you Stressed Out?

Hello Lovely people!
So blogger was acting up a couple of days ago and I couldn't post anything but now it's being normal...
So im kinda stressing out but not really about finals...yeah Finals is this upcoming week and im nervous and excited because I will finally be done with this semester...It has been a great semester and so many good things took place but im so done with these classes im taking for my communication/advertising major..LOL...

SO right now im feeling like this:

But in a couple of days I will be doing this =)

And after Finals boyfriend and I will be traveling close to Malibu which looks like this:

To Relax and just get away from the city for a day

But since that's not going to happen after FINALS in order to not be as stressed I pamper myself a little...hehehehe

I do this:

I use a facial mask that has cucumber and aloe vera...It feels so nice and fresh!

You should totally try it when you're feeling stress from school, work, or kids...lol jk but really try it!

TIP: Before you place your facial mask on your beautiful face, put your facial mask in the refrigerator it will feel extra fresh! (Whether it's in a container or in a packet)

Monday Wish List

I have not been updating my beautiful blog because next week is FINALS week and im like "studying" my booty off but I did find some time right now to post a blog! I also miss doing vids on youtube but just 2 more weeks and I will be free! LOL

So when im not studying I search for some beauty or non related beauty products I want!

Numero 1:

Any Philosophy Shampoo! I've tried one that came out for christmas and it made wonders for my boring hair!

They also smell good so that's a plus...Downside pretty pricy but worth it!

Numero 2:

I've heard so many great things from this product and it's only 5.99 at Ulta! Better than some drug store products! hahaa

Numero 3:

This primer is awesome! I actually have some but it's running out..Maybe for one more application and it's gone! So if I entirely finished a product it's good! If you're wondering what this is for, its a a primer for your face so your makeup can last longer. Not only does it matte your face but it leaves it silky!

Numero 4:

Before I start, I do want to say that my Lancome Teint Miracle Foundation is amazing but the price is not...And I've seen people use this foundation and it looks just as good but if I try this foundation I will save $15 dollars less...LOL...Im all about bargains and saving money right now =)

Numero 5:

A Car! Particularly a HybridToyota Prius. Yeah they are not the best looking cars but my wallet will look great since I will not be spending a lot of money on gas,but a broke college student like me can't afford a prius..YET! lol..I need to buy a car ASAP because I got in a dumb car accident and now have to be asking for rides to school and blah blah...lol...

Numero 6:

A better DSLR!

Boyfriend and I have a Nikon D80 and Im in a hunt for a better camera....Either Nikon or Canon...If you have any recommendations let me know! I want to start my small photography business...Like a side job but I love photography so it wont even feel like a job...lol

Lucky 7:

I need a vacation. Boyfriend and I and his family went camping last year. This is kinda like a tradition we do every year and it's amazing! It's so peaceful and as you can see the lake is a few steps away and it's FREE...lol...a place like this in a resort can cost you hundreds but where we go...well it's a secret! O.k i'll tell you but promise not to tell anyone...LOL We camp at Lake Mojave in Nevada! =)

Well this is my awesome wish list. Im pretty sure I will get and do 5 out the 7 things in my wish list..LOL (Want to take a guess?)

CONCERTS

So I know this is very random but out of the concerts I have been and out of all the videos I have seen on youtube of certain concerts...especially rock concerts I noticed that the security guards never smile, nor move, or rock on. Shooot if I was next to someone famous and their music was awesome... how can one just be like a statue I would be rocking out and dancing or at least singing but I guess it's part of their job but it just looks weird because everyone is having a blast while the security guards are all serious...hahaha...I know very random and nothing to do with what I have been blogging but hey it's part of my life....FYI: I love rock music a lot...Favorite bands are 30 seconds to mars (love their album "This is War"), silverstein and the Used...Who would have thought a girl who does beauty youtube videos would like rock music but I love it.

A lot of people dont like it because of the way it sounds or too much screaming but a lot of the lyrics have meaning and are not dumb like some of the music from now in days...One of my favorite songs from 30 seconds to mars is "Alibi" it's really a great song when you're having one of those bad days...it's not as crazy but it's nice...and another good song from the band Silverstein and it's from their newest album "Rescue" is "Forget Your Heart" lovely!

Well Enjoy these pics when I attended a 30 seconds to mars concert in January 2011...I know it's been a while but Seriously one of the best nights of my life! If I can do it again definitely would! <3

Hello Lovely people! It's Friday! Yeah! The weekend is almost here...Well I consider Friday part of the weekend because I have no school...hahaha...As you all know Easter is this Sunday! Who's excited? Any awesome plans? I really wish I would have gone camping during the weekend but that can wait until summer. The only plans I have for Sunday is go to church and spend time with my lovely boyfriend. I don't get to see him as much so when Im with him I enjoy every minute =)

Monday Favorite

Hello beautiful people! How was everyone's weekend? Mine was o.k...I got pretty sick on saturday with major headaches and mood swings then on sunday my body was so weak and my eyes felt heavy...but I rested and drank lots of water and im feeling better!

This whole week I have been looking at all the blogs I follow and everyone is so unique and talented it's pretty amazing! And many of the wardrobe I've seen many bloggers use are so inspirational to me! I get so excited when they're new blogposts!

Awkward and Awesome

Hello Lovelies, So who doesn't have awkward and awesome days right? Or goes through some awkward and awesome moments or thoughts...yadda yadda...you get the hang of it...hehehehe

O.k. So it's awkward that I have a bed to sleep in yet I decide to sleep in the living room because it's super fresh! I love it tho...That was the only awkward thing I can come up with right now...but something awesome...

Ummm this awesome blog "tandsdaybook" that I truly think is way better than awesome. Things Im Loving Right Now!

April is such a great month! The weather is great in Southern California....It's not hot nor cold it's perfect!
So far these are the things im loving right now! Fresh Fruit with lemon and salt all mixed together...and for $5 can't beat that. Im also loving shrimp! I know some people dont like it but add some shrimp with hot spices and garlic bread on the side...mmmm..good! The last thing im loving right now are these cute toys that the lil kids from church play with! Im a nursery teacher at my church and I take care of 18 months- 2yr olds....and they love playing with these toys! Im pretty sure by the end of the month Im going to be loving lots of stuff...Love Spring! What are you loving right now?

So my boyfriend's birthday was yesterday and we had a great time! He was happy...I didn't take as much pictures as I wanted too cuz we were too busy having fun.The day before his b-day we ate some delicious chocolate cake! Then on sunday we went to go see "Battle of L.A." yeah it wasn't a good movie...sorry Hollywood...hahaha...after wards we waited till dinner time to go eat at Lucilles Smokehouse BBQ. The food here is really good...They are famous for their ribs but there is only 1 place where I eat ribs and it's not here...hahaha...But I do love their Homemade Biscuits with Apple Butter! OMGosh the best thing in the world! I can stuff myself with these biscuits...I could have taken pictures of these babies but I was too busy stuffing my mouth with these biscuits! Another thing I do love is their HUGE jugs of Strawberry Lemonade! To die for! Overall we had a great time! =)

So on Wednesday it was my dad's birthday! He is one incredible father! =)
But today Saturday we made him a small party with family and friends....My parents close friends made really yummy tacos! Then we had cake! But the best part was just spending time with my family and boyfriend and laugh about every little thing..My family is very funny! You will probably notice that I enjoyed taking pics of my lil brother than of the actual party...LOL...but he is just toooo cute! Well I hope everyone has a great weekend! Love You All! =)

Cowboy Boots for Winter

Lately it's been very cold and windy which is unusual for Sunny Southern California but I don't mind, I actually love it! I love fall and winter! How's the weather where you live?

Lately i've been feeling very stylish. My beautiful grandmother gave me this long crochet cardigan for christmas and I decided to pair it with some warm black tights a plain white V-neck short sleeve shirt and some dark brown cowboy boots and let's not forget some pretty earrings. My hair is up on a bun! Im totally loving the infamous bun! hahahahaha....so yeah this is my outfit for this post, may not be as great as other lovely fashion bloggers but I like it....It's warm and comfy and great for school...can't beat that! HA!

Last week I went to Fashion Island in Newport Beach. If you ever come to Southern California or live in the Orange County Area it's a great place to shop! I fell in love, but I went for one thing. Inglot Cosmetics! I was sooo happy when they opened one in Newport Beach. I was like =) yeah, I live pretty close compare to others who live hours away since there is literally only like 3 or 4 open in the whole United States. Inglot Cosmetics started in Poland by Wojtek Inglot, a young chemist who is a brilliant person! The quality and texture is superb and cheaper than other "high end makeup". So I bought a palette and my lovely brother came with me cuz I wanted to have some brother and sister time n_n

My experience at Inglots was awesome....The person who helped me out "Franky" was a total sweetheart and gave me 2 free samples of pigments...Can't get better than that! Best Friends

We meet a lot of people everyday but there are those that stick to you like gum for years! Why? Maybe you have the same interest, and I call these people best friends! =)

My best friends and I have been friends since 6th grade! We met when we were around 11-12 years old and now we are almost 21. Do the math! I've been with them longer than my boyfriend...hahhaha...I love these girls sooo much they are like my sisters!

Teresa (a.k.a Tita) is funny and will make you laugh. She's the life of the party in other words...but she also has her serious times like all of us but I can count on her and tell her anything without her judging me. I did know Teresa since elementary school but really didn't talk to her because I thought she was too crazy for me...LOL just kidding Tita =)

Melody is such a sweet girl but she can also get like Teresa crazy...heehe..she is very smart and creative with makeup and especially with nails. She just loves to have a good time and dance dance dance! When we met we were very shy and back then we use to love wrestling...lol...and that's how it all started...not about makeup or girly stuff...wrestling was the COOL topic back than....

Overall these girls I can learn from and respect always. They are my best friends, my sisters and my crazy partners in crime...hehehe..Who are your best friends?!

Its a Betsey Johnson watch! I was strolling around Macy's because I had to return some jeans my aunt sent me from Christmas but were too big. So im like hmmmm...what can I buy? So i went to the accessories section and saw many cute things that were on sale, but then I saw this watch and fell in love! I was like Hallelujah! lol..well not really but i thought the watch was cute and im not a watch lover...i hate them but fell in love with this one...Since I returned my jeans I had enough money to exchange them for this beautiful watch! <3. What or Who Is Your Inspiration?

I received my Marie Claire issue about a month ago with Emma Watson on the cover and just fell in love with her style! I usually like to see and read magazines then get rid of them LOL. (I'm not really a magazine collector hehehe) But I have kept this issue. Emma is well known for her Harry Potter character "Hermoine" and for being the highest earning girl in Hollywood, but forget that she's successful in Hollywood. She is a very smart young lady attending Brown University and she's really sweet and just as normal and you and I. I respect that about her and she's an inspiration to me. I think young girls should look up to girls like Emma. We as women and in general as individuals should strive for the best and be happy and humble. Yes we have our bad times like everyone else but we must find what makes us happy. For me photography, fashion, the beach, and looking at fashion blogs are fun for me. It's just another way to enjoy what I can create with a piece of metal with a lense and make it a memory or just enjoy what mother nature has to offer or just look at other people's sense of fashion. What or who is your inspiration and why? Please Share I would love to know! <3

So I just wanted to give an update on my life...hehehe..
O.k. I need like two more weeks until school is over...well for this semester...It's been very crazy trying to write term papers, studying, spending time with the family and boyfriend and just finding space for myself! It can get a little hectic but everything in life is manageable! Sometimes...lol..

So what is everyone going to do for Christmas? Any plans on making snowmen and hot chocolate?! Yummy! I'm going to spend it with my boyfriends family this year. We all decided to do a gift exchange! So should be fun! I really want to bake some some yummy cookies or make a Gingerbread House!

H&M Fall/Winter Boots

Let me just start by saying that Im so in love with these shows!
They are so comfortable and very fashionable. I think these
boots are a must have for the fall and winter! I debated
for about 2 weeks whether I should buy them or not
and finally decided to buy them! Plus they were not
expensive like other shoes. Including tax they were about $40..
Great Deal. I love that they are black and are wedges!

Universal Studios Horror Nights

The boyfriend and I went to Universal Studios Horror Nights in Hollywood to celebrate out 4 year anniversary! We didn't want to do the usual movie and dinner, we wanted to do something fun! LOL
So why not go to a place where it's dark and spooky! hehehe
We had a blast even though we had to wait in line for a loooong time to get into the mazes. I highly recommend to buy the fast pass ticket or whatever its called...it's worth the extra bucks!

My favorite part of this "Horror Nights" was The Simpsons ride...hahahha...I love the simpsons!

So my best friends and I went clubbing for the first time together! It was a great night and we had so much fun! We love dancing and so we took the opportunity to dance dance dance! A lot of girls dressed so unmodest and we dressed like if we were going to a birthday party instead of a club but all the boys wanted to dance with us and not with the other girls..hahahha...but we dont care about the boys.... At least we had a good time! Have you girls had any "bad" experiences while clubbing?

Lancome Teint Miracle Foundation and Shakira Perfume

So I finally found a foundation that my skin loves! My skin tends to dry and some foundations that I have tried are too heavy on my skin. This foundation is not full coverage foundation. It is light to medium but I think that if you take care of your skin then you wont need that much coverage! That's why I love this foundation its great for my skin! The only down side is the price. I think I paid (well my boyfriend paid for it lol) anywho the price was around $40 including tax. If you have tried this foundation let me know!

Now with the Shakira Perfume! This scent is so lovely. I like that you can spray it lightly for the day and just go all crazy during the night.LOL...but it is a nice scent to wear during the day and night. I bought mine at walgreens for about $30...good price! I totally recommend this product!

Griffith Observatory

I really was excited to go to the Griffith Observatory. Of my almost 20 years living in southern california I had never been to the observatory that is located in L.A. It's close to the Hollywood Sign! So any who, my love took me here and afterwards went to eat some ribs at Redondo Beach. The place is called "Chicago for Ribs" but I forgot to take some pics but you can look it up! If you're a rib lover you will like this place!

Camping Trip to Lake Mojave

So my camping trip was awesome! If you follow me on twitter you know that's all I talked about hahaha...
So we camped at Lake Mojave! Cesar(my boyfriend) was the one who took me here about 3yrs ago and I fell in love. Him and his family have been coming here since he was like 12 yrs old. It is such a great place. To get to this place you have to know someone to know how to get there.. Why? To get there, you have to go six miles on a bumpy rocky dirt road! But its worth the drive, because in a distance you can see the beautiful blue lake! Well enough of me rambling and enjoy the pictures! Enjoy! =)

I love this place and unfortunately more people know about it and dont know how to take care of it. When we got there, there was trash everywhere and also around where we camped. So we started cleaning it..hahahhaa...So where ever you go keep our earth clean and you will enjoy how beautiful Earth is and these pictures prove it!

Cesar took me to the Korean Bell in San Pedro, CA. It is such a beautiful place. We had a nice time, but I wanted to spend more time but a couple was going to have their wedding ceremony so we had to go. Next time, we will spend more time there and the pictures will be better for now Enjoy!

BTW I wanted to do a quick outfit of the day. It has been really hot these couple of days so I wanted to wear something comfy and casual. So I have been browsing through so many beauty products and products that are not-related to makeup or fashion. I want to go shopping with my best friends. I dont think we have ever gone shopping together as friends, so that's going to be an adventure. In the meantime, I have been busy with life. Beach Adventure

So the bf and I went to our favorite spot in Southern California,San Pedro(besides Palos Verdes). I love this part of town. It is so beautiful and the scenery is gorgeous. It was a gloomy day but the view and the ocean and everything around me was just perfect. I love going on these mini adventures w/ Cesar. Afterwards, my body is aching of jumping on more than a mile of big and small rocks and hiking up on hills and more rocks but in the end it is all worth it. Enjoy!

Had a hard time naming this look. Let's just say its a summer look. lol..
I really like it tho, its simple yet it gives you a nice touch of color. Great for summer.

Father's Day was really fun. Spend time with my dad and with family I don't really see. But before fathers day I took my younger brother to the park and my other brother came too to help me with this lil munchkin. It was such a great sunny day in So Cal. We had fun and he had fun. n_n

Natural Tan

So usually I can get very pale for winter and spring but once summer comes I can either get really burned or get a nice tan. A nice tan is what looks prettier. So I use different products to achieve the "natural tan" for summer. I am NC30 for Mac incase you're wondering. But sometimes I like to use lighter foundations or tinted moisturizers for summer. For this summer I will be using these products. I will be posting a vid on how to get this look. Enjoy Summer n_n

So my boyfriend his names is Cesar invited my family and I for take-out. And he always makes me decide what we are going to eat so I decided to choose something cheap and tasty. In N Out was the first place that came to mind. It's so tasty and the burgers are inexpensive. If you live in california and have tasted In N out you know what I'm talking about. If you have not then you're missing out. Now if you're not from So Cal and come visit you need to check out In N out. I remember when I was younger we would take the bus with my grandma to go eat at a In n out that was like half hour away just to eat there..lol..

Anyone can take pictures but not everyone can capture a memorable image. I love photography it is my passion. When I place my eye on the camera and see through the lense I look beyond what I see. I try to capture a image that not a little people have an eye for. The image has to be precise and close to perfect. I do take my photography serious but once in a while it is fun just to take pictures and see what one has captured. In other words, make photography a surprise. Surprise yourself with your creativity. I cant wait to get the DSRL camera I have been longing for. For now enjoy these pictures I had fun taking.
